Every piece is made and packaged by hand, so orders ship within 3–5 business days. Custom pieces follow their own quoted timeline.

Complimentary shipping on orders over $75 within the US. International shipping available at checkout.

Because each item is handmade and intentionally charged, we accept returns on non-custom pieces within 14 days of arrival, in original condition. Custom creations are final sale.

If your piece arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days and we'll make it right.
